David Silva insists Manchester City are in good shape, despite no significant additions this summer.

Silva believes City have a great chance of retaining their Premier League crown and insists they will be stronger on the European front, too.

He said: "We want to repeat the feat of winning the Premier League and go as far as possible in the Champions League. Last year we stumbled in Europe and that will force us to make greater efforts in this campaign."
