Tim Sherwood is enjoying working with Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp.
Sherwood acts as midfield coach at Spurs and told TalkSport: "Harry doesn't leave it imagination. Harry tells it straight, exactly what he thinks and I think that's the best way.
"I'm learning from the man obviously, and it's the way I always wanted to be managed and it's the way I want to go forward into my management career."
The former Spurs midfielder is working closely with England star Aaron Lennon and adds: "He's a real threat and he excites the crowd, gets them on the edge of their seat. I hate it when I hear people say he hasn't got an end product. They don't talk about how someone puts their foot on the ball and crosses it in, it's because he gets you so excited at all times.
"You're caught on the edge of your seat, he gets round a man. He ain't going to be able to produce every single time but he's created enough goals for us (Tottenham) this year and he's certainly scored a few more."
