Sheffield Wednesday are hoping they can sign Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland on loan.
The England U21 international is third-choice at the Britannia Stadium behind Asmir Begovic and Thomas Sorensen and needs first team football to continue his development.
Reports suggests that the Owls are looking to bring Butland to the Championship following his time spent with Birmingham City in England's second tier.
