Sheffield United midfielder Brian Howard wants to bury last season's memories of trudging off Wembley in tears after an FA Cup semifinal defeat in Barnsley's colours.
Ahead of today's Premiership promotion playoff against Burnley, Howard said: "It doesn't get much worse than trudging off in tears and getting dragged down the tunnel for a drugs test.
"If there's a moment when I get a bit tired against Burnley, that's what I'll remember. It's the spur to find some extra energy and make sure I don't have another experience like that.
"I want to be the player who takes United to the Premier League."
