Sheffield United striker Cameron Archer is set to return to Aston Villa this summer.

Archer's deal with the Blades this summer included an obligated option for Villa to buy him back if the Blades are relegated, says the Sheffield Star.

With the Blades all but down, Archer is set to return to Villa Park.

United manager Chris Wilder has said this year: "And if I did (was worried about Archer's commitment), then we'd be talking to him.

"You've got to be fully committed, you've got to be all-in. He's a quieter character, but he's a bright boy and he's a smart guy as well. So he'll know he has to play well, to progress his career. Whether that's here or anywhere else."
