Sheffield United are prepared to sell John Lundstram rather than let him leave for free next summer.
The midfielder was a star for the Blades this past season, scoring five goals in 34 appearances.
Lundstram's contract was set to expire in June, but United triggered a 12-month extension clause.
And the Yorkshire Post says Chris Wilder is happy to lose Lundstram this summer if they can recoup a fee.
United signed Lundstram on a free transfer from Oxford United in 2017.
