Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder has handed trials to former QPR defender Joel Lynch.

Sky Sports says Lynch is currently on trial with Sheffield United.

He's in the Algarve with the team although he didn't train today. The 31 year-old is available after leaving QPR last month.

Also with the Blades in Portugal is former QPR and Manchester United midfielder Ravel Morrison.

Like Lynch, Morrison is a free agent.
