Sheffield United are continuing to keep an eye on Charlie Patino's situation at Arsenal.
The youngster wants to play regular first team football this coming season.
While he is valued by the Gunners, they do not see him as first team material as yet.
Per The Star, Sheffield United are likely to put in a bid to secure him on loan or permanently.
The source does add that Patino would prefer a permanent transfer to get some stability in his career.
The Blades would then have to negotiate a fee with Arsenal, with any deal likely to include a sell-on clause and possibly a buy-back clause as well.
