Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder has sung the praises of Brentford manager Thomas Frank.
The Blades host Brentford on Saturday.
Wilder said: "I have great respect for Thomas Frank. I think he's a really smart manager and he's also a good guy.
"We had some big hits in The Championship. He is wise in relation to how football has developed in the past two or three years. Brentford are a sublime team with the ball.
"After they moved up to the Premier League, they have become more aware of getting strength, aggressiveness and athletic skills into their competitive team."
