Shakhtar chief Crlo Nicolini admits interest for Sudakov intensifying; ponders De Zerbi future

Shakhtar Donetsk chief Carlo Nicolini admits interest for Georgiy Sudakov is intensifying.

The Ukraine international attacker is being linked with the likes of Manchester United, Napoli and Juventus.

Nicolini told Campi Flegrei TV: "It's logical, because if you want good players they have to be paid, also because they have experience and numbers from top clubs, as well as being young.

"In Italy, not just Napoli, but also Juventus? I repeat, there are more teams interested in our guys, our 2002 team, for example, already have dozens of appearances in the championship, as well as in Europe. The big European clubs are looking at us, as are the Italian ones."

Nicolini also spoke of Brighton boss and former Shakhtar coach De Zerbi: "Has De Zerbi's time come? His time always is state, when we signed him, we wanted to become one of the best European teams. He has now had two experiences between Ukraine and England, and he has completed himself, now everyone wants him.

"He offers a type of football that combines good play and victory, and which everyone is looking for."
