Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu is delighted with his loan move to Sevilla.
The loan deal does not include an option for a permanent transfer.
Three-time Europa League champions Sevilla also announced that midfielder Vitolo had signed a contract extension to 2020.
The news comes on the same day the 26-year-old was called into Spain's squad for the first time.
"It is a special and great day, because I also celebrate the birthday of my children," he said.
Vitolo, who had been widely linked with Atletico Madrid, added: "There were teams who wanted to sign me, but since we finished the season my wish was to stay here.
"The club is ambitious and I hope that every year we can win a title. We know it's complicated, but we work to do that and hopefully we can give more joy to the fans."
