Portsmouth must up their bid for Sevilla striker Fredi Kanoute.

The Mirror says Pompey boss Harry Redknapp has had a £4.7million bid turned down for the Seville striker.

But his agent has held further talks with Pompey in Paris - and Kanoute, 29, who played under Redknapp at West Ham, admitted: "I want to earn more money."
