Diario de Sevilla says Sevilla had scouts posted on the weekend to see 22 year-old Emanuelson in action against Sparta Rotterdam.
With contract talks dragging on between Sevilla and Adriano, Emanuelson could arrive as a direct replacement for the highly-rated Brazilian.
