Sevilla goalkeeper Bono admits it's been "anarchy" with the LaLiga crisis club.
Defeat to Getafe left Sevilla at the wrong end of the table on Sunday and with coach Jorge Sampaoli facing the sack.
Afterwards, Morocco keeper Bono said: "It is clear that today's face was not good and in the end it can be seen in the result. We have to find a way to face and play the games and hold on to that.
"Don't get confused, because you don't know how to play and you depend on luck. You end up attacking and defending with anarchy if you don't have a clear approach. It's up to us, the players, to understand this and know what to do.
"In a club like Sevilla , when the results aren't there, it's emotionally difficult and it's becoming more difficult. We have to get together, meet and establish ways that allow us to be competitive and win. If not, it will be a matter of luck or some individual genius."
