Manchester City are closing in on Sevilla midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia.
City scout Rob Newman has watched Kondogbia several times this year on recommendation of football chief Txiki Begiristain.
Estadio Deportes says Sevilla expect City to make an offer for the youngster at the end of this season.
