Sevilla sports chief Monchi admits he loves signing African footballers.

"I have a weakness for them," said the highly-regarded talent spotter.

"They are really different from others and offer an almost unique profile and are not very expensive. Physically and technically they're very good, but we are not obsessed with African players.

"What interests us here are talented players and Romaric, Zokora, Keita and Kanoute, to name a few, are just that."
