Sevilla are taking Tottenham boss Juande Ramos to court.

The Mirror says Ramos quit the La Liga outfit last October to sign a four-year deal at White Hart Lane.

Sevilla, who won the UEFA Cup twice under Ramos, are seeking compensation.

And they have hired Spain's leading sports lawyer, Juan de Dios Crespo, to fight their case for a multi-million-pound payout.

Now Ramos, whose stock has risen since Spurs' Carling Cup win, could face a lengthy battle with the Spanish legal system.
