Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero hopes to be back in training next week.

City's record goalscorer is already back practicing alone after suffering a hamstring injury against West Ham on October 24.

The Argentina striker's latest injury came in his third successive start following a lengthy absence with a knee problem.

And having missed the last four games, he is known for needing time to regain match sharpness.

City go to Tottenham next Sunday.
