Seedorf: No surprise Ancelotti successful at Chelsea
AC Milan star Clarence Seedorf says he isn't surprised by Carlo Ancelotti's success at Chelsea.
Seedorf worked with Ancelotti for many years at Milan and was always confident he'd make a big impact in England.
The Dutchman told TalkSport: “There is actually no surprise (what he is doing there). He’s a good friend also and I’m really, really happy for him that everything is working out well and he’s a great person first of all and then a great coach, that I think makes a big difference.
“I think that (Guus) Hiddink was a good way of introducing Ancelotti to the team because they are quite similar in their approach in managing the players. They have very personal relationships with the players, give them a lot of responsibility and his strength is that in the difficult moments of the season, he takes the pressure off the team by taking it all on himself and making sure that the team stays focused on being united and focus on their daily work that in the end is going to keep them out of the difficulties. I think he is always quite calm, even inside he’s very Italian of course, so there is a lot of passion there.
“He has changed various systems from Juventus to Parma to Milan, adapting the system to the players he has at his disposal. The good thing about Chelsea for him of course was that Chelsea has been competitive over the years already and the players know each other very well. It’s more also a type of mentality thing that he is going to add to this team. Wanting to play the ball more, he likes good football so I think these are the aspects that actually he has added and of course also putting together a lot of quality players, that’s something he likes. He’s always done it.”

Too early Mr Seedorf to say that Mr Ancelotti is successful.
To say that for the Italian coach it is'so far so good' it's more then granted !
But to say as if he already won everything is a little bit out of proportion !
