Former Juventus sports chief Alessio Secco has praised their move for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
It was confirmed on Monday that Ramsey will move to Juve in a Bosman deal next summer.
Secco told RMC: "It was a shot already announced, even if the club had tried to get him for 6 months without reaching the agreement with Arsenal.
"That needed some intervention, also in terms of the timing.
"Getting these deals done at the right time is a characteristic of big clubs."
