Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri has told his staff to start taking English language lessons ahead of a potential move to Chelsea.

Sarri is favourite to replace Antonio Conte at Chelsea this summer.

Gazzetta dello Sport says he 59-year-old has instructed some staff members to start studying English.

Sarri's agent, Alessandro Pellegrini, has held talks with Chelsea over a potential move.

The Napoli boss, who already speaks English, has to have the release clause in his contract triggered by May 31. Chelsea can buyout his contract for £7m.
