Incoming Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is aiming for a £100m spend once his appointment is confirmed.
The Daily Star says Sarri wants Belgium striker Dries Mertens from Napoli.
And he is likely to upset his former club even more by targeting two more of their stars - Elseid Hysaj and winger Jose Maria Callejon.
Right-back Hysaj is valued at around £23m and Callejon £20m.
Sarri is also a fan of Juventus centre back Daniele Rugani - who would cost around £20m - and Inter Milan's £19m-rated Uruguayan midfielder Matias Vecino.
Nice midfielder Jean Seri is also a £28m target.
