Sandro is set to play the most important game of his fledgling Tottenham career.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp says the former Internacional midfielder will start against Champions League opponents AC Milan.
"[Sandro] will be playing, for sure, because I've only got two central midfielders," he said.
"We've got to wrap them in cotton wool and they'll be playing."
