Watford boss Quique Sanchez Flores insists Miguel Layun could yet to stay long-term.

The Mexican is on-loan at Porto and scored in their Champions League win over Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Sanchez Flores said: "I love Layun. He is a very good person and a very good player.

"The most important thing is to remember Layun belongs to Watford. So him scoring is very good news for the club."

When asked if Flores would be pleased to see Layun return to Watford next summer Flores replied: “Next season is far very. I am only thinking about the next match against Leicester."
