Michel Salgado has hit out at the culture inside Real Madrid. The experienced fullback says there is never any long-term planning at Real and that has contributed to the constant pressures at the club.

"What Real Madrid's problems are based on power; it takes a few years to settle after a total period of upheaval. We would like to have more peace of mind, because it affects the president, the people doing the signings and of course also the players," said Salgado.

"Let's see if they all can agree on who is in charge at Real Madrid.

"The problem is that at Madrid there are no long-term projects, let alone a month long. However, even in this situation over the past ten years, we have been the team that has won most things."
