Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs has released his own yoga DVD!
The Welsh winger, 37, credits the ancient art with prolonging his career, after taking it up eight years ago.
Thanks to pre-orders, Giggs Fitness: Power & Strength Through Yoga is already in the fitness DVD top 20 alongside more familiar names like Davina McCall, Claire Nasir and Beverley Callard.
But Ryan said: "My main aim is to get the DVD into schools to get all youngsters doing it - though people who sit behind a desk or computers or drive will also benefit."
He explained: "I definitely have yoga to thank for extending my playing days.
"It keeps me going by reducing injuries so that I can train every day. My body is stronger and more able to cope with the top level."
