Paulo Sousa doesn't feel under pressure at Salernitana.
Salernitana coach Sousa's job is said to be under threat after their 4-0 defeat to Inter Milan.
But the Portuguese says: "How much do I still feel like captain of this ship? Much more than when I arrived. It's a ship that needs motivation, awareness. I have a clear awareness: the team works well and wants to improve. We are trying to introduce new players.
"We know the importance of Dia, Candreva and Coulibaly. Against Inter, who fight to win all competitions, we were very good both on a strategic level and on a playing level. We were always growing, we created but compared to last year the effectiveness has changed.
"Last year we were the second most effective team, this year probably the last. We are not effective, but the team is there and with the integration of These players who are here now will grow."
Sousa also said: "We are always at risk because we are coaches, the result influences. A victory changes everything. But I am very calm and aware of everything we are doing. Since I arrived the team has grown, the result is missing."
