Blackpool have sacked head coach Michael Appleton after less than one year.
The Championship side are not happy with how the team has been performing under the 47-year-old's guidance.
Having not won a single game in their past ten league matches, Blackpool have pulled the trigger on a coach they hired in June.
Appleton had also been in charge of Blackpool in 2013, having then walked away from the club.
A statement on Blackpool's website said: “The club would like to thank Michael and David for their efforts during their time at Bloomfield Road and wish them all the best for the future.
“The club hope to be able to announce a new head coach in the coming days."
