Former AC Milan coach Arrigo Sacchi has praised the work of Massimiliano Allegri.

But Sacchi feels Allegri needs more public support from the board.

"The President Berlusconi always gave me peace of mind, today clubs and presidents should defend their coach.

"Allegri? Luckily he was in a club which is very competent, who knew how to wait."
