Arrigo Sacchi is backing Napoli defender Paolo Cannavaro for an Italy call-up.

Sacchi, the former AC Milan and Italy coach, said: "I believe Paolo Cannavaro can follow the success of his brother, Fabio. And that includes into the national team."
