Former Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini says Inter Milan should hand Edin Dzeko a career-long deal.

The veteran striker comes off contract at the end of the season.

Sabatini said on the SOS Fanta Twitch channel: "If I would renew his contract? I adore him, I would make him an agreement in old age until he retired.

"He is an extraordinary human being, a splendid boy."

Dzeko is now in his second season with Inter.
