Ryan Fraser was thrilled to feature for Bournemouth in defeat at West Ham.
The 22-year-old turned in an accomplished display before he was substituted just seconds after Michail Antonio had netted Hammers' late winner five minutes from time.
Fraser told the Daily Echo: “I made my Premier League debut but we lost the game. There are highs and lows in football but, for me personally, it was a good day.
“Saying that, I would rather we had won and me not played. I was surprised I lasted 85 minutes and thought I did well. I just want more now.
“When I was a kid watching Match of the Day, I always hoped I might get to play in the Premier League. You always have doubts but now I have finally done it, nobody can take it away from me.
“It was probably the happiest moment of my life. It is one I will cherish forever but it is behind me now.
“I just want to make as much of it as I can, I want to score as many goals as I can, help Bournemouth and then see where it goes.
“I want to start as many games as I can. I am hoping I will start the next game but you never know because the manager might change the team.
“But I will train hard, as I normally do. I always try my best and work hard so that is all I can do."
