Rotherham boss Andy Scott intends to be ruthless as he pushes the Millers towards promotion from League Two.

Rotherham boss Andy Scott intends to be ruthless as he pushes the Millers towards promotion from League Two.

The Millers won 3-1 at Dagenham at the weekend to stay joint top of League Two, although Scott described his team's efforts as a "35-minute performance".

Scott, who guided Brentford to promotion in 2009, told the Yorkshire Post: "I don't care if I fall out with people.

"I want to win the games and get promoted. If I fall out with people, then at the end of the season when we are celebrating and have got a medal around their neck, I'm sure they will forgive me.

"My job is to get this club promoted going and no-one is going to stop me doing that."
