Ross County chairman Roy MacGregor hopes manager Derek Adams remains at the highlands club.
Adams took out the Scottish Premier League Manager of the Month award for February, guiding the Staggies to four wins and two draws from six league outings, and his chairman wants him to remain Victoria Park to produce more of the same.
"I'm delighted for him and it's his third manager of the month in his rookie season," said MacGregor. "He's an exceptional young manager.
"I'm 99% sure that he'll be here next season. He's got another year on his contract and has an extension on the table."
In the clubs first season in the top flight, Adams has led Ross County to fourth place on the league table, just four points off second-placed Motherwell.
