Arsenal ace Cesc Fabregas is wanted by former Barcelona vice-president Sandro Rosell.
Sport says Rosell is planning to challenge Barca president Joan Laporta for the 2010 elections and wants Cesc to headline his ticket.
Rosell was instrumental in Laporta winning the presidency when he convinced then PSG star Ronaldinho to snub Manchester United and join his ticket at Barca.
