Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney felt they couldn't complain about the penalties awarded Liverpool yesterday.

The Reds were handed three spotkicks, with two being converted by Steven Gerrard.

"I haven't seen the penalties back again but from where I was standing on the pitch I don't think we can argue with them," said Rooney.
