Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney is pleased about his developing partnership with Robin van Persie.
The combination is really clicking this week.
Rooney told United Review: "I think that's the main thing for any forward, you're trying to work together to score and create goals. It's great for the team if myself and Robin can create chances for each other and score goals that are helping us to win matches. It's really enjoyable for us as players to play that way. We're both creative players and I think that's why we're working well. We've started the season in good form, but we're always looking to be better on the pitch.
"We're both good enough players to adapt to any situation really, whether you're playing high up or dropping deeper to get on the ball. But you have to remember that we've also got Chicharito, who has been in good scoring form recently, and Danny Welbeck, who is also a big asset to the team. They also want to play and score goals for the team."
