Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney admits Roman Abramovich had them rattled when he first took over Chelsea.

Rooney paid tribute to his team-mates for breaking Chelsea's hold on English football, saying: "After Roman Abramovich came in, it was hard to see anyone else winning the title, but we've bounced back and showed again we are a quality team."
