Cristiano Ronaldo's family are celebrating his world record transfer from Manchester United to Real Madrid.
The Portuguese star's godfather, Fernao Sousa, told AS: "The family is very happy and he's fulfilled a dream for all of us.
"Cristiano will happily go to Madrid.
"All of Madeira are celebrating. He has made a decision that will allow him to follow in the footsteps on Luis Figo."
Meanwhile, it's been revealed out of the staggering £80 million Real will pay United for Ronaldo, just £2 million will go to Sporting Lisbon as part of his development fee. It was Sousa who convinced Ronaldo to join Sporting as a youngster.
