A tweet from the Juventus forward, who has 82.7 million followers on the social media platform, carries a value of US$868,606, putting the 35 year-old comfortably ahead of Spanish midfielder Andreas Iniesta (US$590,825) and Brazilian forward Neymar (US$478,138).

Ronaldo was already marked as sport's top earner on Instagram last July, earning as much as US$975,000 per post, according to analytics firm HopperHQ.
