Former World Player of the Year Ronaldo has backed Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez for success in Serie A.
Ronaldo's former clubs AC Milan and Inter Milan are both chasing the Argentine.
"Tevez is a great player, who would do very well in the Italian championship," said Ronaldo.
