Roma are moving for Newcastle United winger Jonas Gutierrez.

The Mirror says Newcastle want to recoup most of the £5.2million they paid Real Mallorca for the 27-year-old South American dubbed 'Spiderman'.

However, the Italians would prefer to have Gutierrez on 'rent' for a year and then decide whether or not to take him permanently - or send him back to Tyneside.
