The 17 year-old Paraguayan is a big target for Arsenal, but Sport says Roma will seek talks this week with Barca about a fee for the teen.
Roma are keen to reach an 'amicable' agreement, rather than being forced to meet Sanabria's buyout clause.
Despite talks with coach Tata Martino and sports director Andoni Zubizarreta, Sanabria isn't convinced staying with Barca is the best option for his development.
