AS Roma star Leandro Castan says coach Aurelio Andreazzoli deserves the permanent job.

Castan is full of praise for the caretaker's methods.

"So many things are different," he told Leggo when asked about what went wrong under Zdenek Zeman. "Now the Coach speaks with the players. Now there is harmony.

"Zeman didn't say a single word to me in six months. Andreazzoli, from the first day, asked me what I liked and what I didn't.

"If you come and watch us train now then you realise just how different it is from before. All the players train more confidently.

"And, in games, you can see we play every match like a Final."
