AS Roma have completed the signing of PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman.
Roma have officially signed Strootman from PSV for 16.5 million.
The Dutch international midfielder, who had been a transfer target for Manchester United, signed a five-year contract with Roma.
