Roma coach Luciano Spalletti is convinced the Scudetto battle is still on after their victory over Napoli yesterday.

Simone Perrotta and Francesco Totti struck the goals for Roma and Spalletti said: "I saw Inter beat Reggina last night and it wasn't their best performance, but their character remains.

"Unfortunately the difference in points is stable with fewer games in front of us.

"My lads stepped on to the field with the right attitude and were very aware of the dangers. With Simone Perrotta's great goal it made the whole game easier for us and these are very important points against an excellent Napoli.

"My team deserved the win and the early goal allowed us to hit them on the break. We could have scored a third."
