Roma chief exec Lina Souloukou insists the Friedkins are committed to their club ownership.

There has been talk of Dan Friedkin seeking a buyer in the Middle East.

But Souloukou told the Financial Times: "They are truly faithful to their commitment to the fans and have always been very respectful of the history of the club. The Friedkin family is considers it the custodian of an institution loved by fans, and wants to make it sustainable and stronger.

"Stadium? We are working very closely with the Municipality and other interested parties.

"It's really important to have a stadium that is the home of the fans. How much Roma means in their daily lives is something you only feel when you live in this great city."
