AS Roma sports chief Walter Sabatini admits Rudi Garcia is furious over being accused of man-handling a steward. His two-match ban was suspended on appeal pending further investigation.
A steward at Marassi claimed Garcia had physically attacked him after the final whistle of Genoa's 1-0 defeat, then partly changed his version of events in a letter.
"Garcia is not relieved. More than anything he is still disappointed and bitter, as he was accused of something he didn't do. It was a scandalous incident," Sabatini told Sky Sport Italia.
