Roma chief Walter Sabatini has sent Stephan El Shaarawy off with a message for his first training session.
El Shaarawy has joined Roma on-loan from AC Milan.
For his first training session, Sabatini shouted: "It's your big chance, so do it!"
El Shaarawy has joined on loan from Milan at a cost of €1.4m with option to buy at the end of the season for another €13m.
