New AS Roma coach Aurelio Andreazzoli admits he's very different from predecessor Zdenek Zeman.

Andreazzoli has worked at the club in the staff of Luciano Spalletti, Vincenzo Montella, Luis Enrique and Zeman.

"The players count 100%, and the system counts for nothing. It's simply the end result of the characteristics of different elements," he told the official Roma website.

"Someone once said, 'If the Coach is doing no harm then he's doing a good job.' And I agree. If the Coach manages to coordinate the energy well then he's doing a lot. Otherwise, he can only take away from the team. The players are the ones with the leading roles."
